As a Senior Manager, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to excel and make a positive impact across various organizational landscapes.

Noreen's career began as a Geologist, where she honed her skills in exploration and underground mining within the goldfields. This early experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of the mining industry.

Noreen showcased her adaptability and innovative approach to business challenges by transitioning into the realm of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. She has been instrumental in guiding both established organisations and entrepreneurial ventures through critical phases of their development, be it creation, growth, or stabilization.

During Noreen’s tenure as Chief Sustainability and People Officer at NeuRizer, she led their transformational ESG program through the introduction of differentiated talent models, sustainable business strategies, cultural engagement initiatives, environmental excellence, and robust governance practices.

Under her guidance, remarkable milestones were achieved, including alignment with the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) sustainable goals, attaining Climate Active certification, and implementing rigorous ESG practices in line with Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) reporting standards.
